As part of the Faith in the North movement, new resources for schools for ‘The Lord’s Prayer Journey’, are now available to download.
The Lord’s Prayer Journey is the first in a series of resource boxsets created by Faith in the North to support schools across the Northen Province. Available to download for free, the resources invite children and young people to explore the words of the Lord’s Prayer through the lens of “Living Well.”
The Lord’s Prayer Journey includes:
• Seven ready-to-use collective worship sessions tailored for primary schools.
• Lord’s Prayer Symbols: To aid the teaching and memorisation of the Lord’s Prayer.
• Lord’s Prayer Songs: Two newly released songs for different settings to help teach the prayer.
• Lord’s Prayer Day: an invitation to join with schools across the North on 10th October.
• Lord’s Prayer Labyrinth: Designed by Prayer Spaces in Schools.
• Further creative engagement ideas: a series of ideas for the classroom or collective worship.
• Teachers’ Guide: all the information about how to use the resources.
