Bishop Keith offers a reflection for us all, based on his own personal experiences and concerns and asks us to think about what a good day looks like and how we might nurture that at this time. As we do, he encourages us to pray for those who are having bad days and thank God that he is the one who is with us in good and in bad times, always.
