Parishes can claim a bundle of well-produced, accessible booklets produced by HOPE Together to share with others.
The booklet, Hope in Uncertain Times has been written as a resource for churches.
In a short video below to promote the giveaway, Rachel Jordan-Wolf, Executive Director at HOPE Together says: "I don't know how your year's been but it's really been quite challenging. But do you know, in the challenges lots of people have asked deeper and spiritual questions? We've created this little booklet that explains why we as Christians have got hope even when it's difficult. Over 70,000 of these have been given away to people looking for spiritual answers and giving them a point of hope towards our God and the love of Jesus at this time."
Director of the Department of Outreach, Revd Peter Froggatt, says: "These last 18 months have made many think seriously about their lives. A recent report from Global Futures, said that three-quarters of Britons had re-evaluated the most important aspects of their lives in the pandemic. And during this, many have found that God has brought them hope - confidence and peace - through Jesus Christ. Hope in Uncertain Times is a well-produced, accessible booklet explaining this hope and we have a thousand free copies to give away to churches."
