Kids and Families Minister

Full-time, 3 year contract (Part-time and term-time considered for the right candidate).
Full-time rate of £25,000 - £28,500 (full-time being 37.5 hours).

Holy Trinity Hurdsfield (HTH) is a lively and growing evangelical church. We’re passionate about following Jesus; sharing His good news; and seeing people, relationships and our community transformed by Him. Our larger Sunday service attracts about 30 kids aged 0 to 11 and their families. We’re looking for someone to lead this ministry, both inside and outside the church family, working with our full-time Youth Minister. It’ll include leading the volunteer teams that run our kids’ groups during our 10:30 Sunday service and our weekly Hurdsfield Tots group; and, alongside the Youth Minister, delivering assemblies at two local primary schools and organising whole-school festival celebrations once a term at church. You’ll need to be adventurous and creative in your desire to connect with kids and their families, and passionate about helping them to know God’s love.
An Occupational Requirement exists for the postholder to be a practising Christian in accordance with the Equality Act, 2010. An Enhanced DBS Disclosure will be required for the successful candidate. You can find out more about HTH and this exciting role on the HTH website
