The picturesque and supportive parishes of Marton, Siddington with Capesthorne, Eaton with Hulme Walfield, and Swettenham.
Our group of well-established and ancient churches within four parishes, that reach from the fringes of Congleton to deepest rural Cheshire, is looking for a new spiritual leader and friend who will immerse themselves in the lives of our diverse communities.
We want to grow as independent but interdependent churches developing our relevance to our communities.
- We offer the opportunity to experience rural life in a traditional setting with a modern outlook, alongside people whose faith is deep, and while frequently understated is lived out with authenticity and commitment in their daily lives.
- We are looking for someone who is passionate about rural ministry and is excited by the possibilities and prepared for the challenges.
- Vision for work with our C of E aided primary school and its role in our parishes is a priority.
- Our Vicar must be a team player who can delegate effectively to groups of committed volunteers in each church and be willing to work alongside an excellent admin team and a group that knits the parishes together by sharing skills, experience and mutual support.
