My Fund Accounting Online
MyFundAccounting is an accounting package written especially for churches and Data Developments are the only Church Accounting software partner of the Church of England. Built on nearly 40 years of writing software for churches MyFundAccounting has been designed by people who have been church treasurers, fully understand the complexities of fund accounting and want to make life simpler for treasurers.
It has modern, easy to use screens and a host of features all designed to make the church treasurers life easier. Manual data entry is kept to a minimum by automating processes, integrating with different systems (including bank accounts), and enabling a wide range of compliant accounting and fund reports - available simply at the click of a button, including the Return of Parish finance.

My Giving Online
MyGiving is an donations and Gift Aid package written especially for churches. Built on nearly 40 years of writing software for churches MyGiving has been designed and used by people who have been Gift Aid secretaries and know work involved in submitting Gift Aid and GASDS claims to the HMRC.
It has modern, easy to use screens and a host of features all designed to make the your life easier. Manual data entry is kept to a minimum by automating processes, importing donations from bank statements and integrating with MyFundAccounting so that donations are only entered once and then appear in your accounts the next day. Donate Now buttons are available to add to your website and are integrated into MyGivging so save any manual data entry. Submitting claims to the HMRC is a simple as clicking a button, no spreadsheets are required and you don’t even need to log in to the HMRC’s website.

Both packages will cost £5 a month, ( £60 a year ), if you added the payroll function that would increase the Accounting package to a cost of £10 a month. These prices are only available under the Diocesan Umbrella. This comes with Diocesan support and access to all the training modules.
