The Church of England nationally has now issued a new FAQ What can we do about our annual parish meetings? Which can be found in the Finance and Governance section here:
At present therefore, we anticipate that meetings of parishioners to choose churchwardens and APCMs should be able take place by the end of October in most parishes. We are aware of the challenges that may arise in relation to physical attendance in some cases. If you anticipate significant problems, please let your Archdeacon know as indicated in the FAQ.
If you plan to hold your APCM in a COVID secure manner before the end of October please do so by following all the advice in my original letter with the obvious changes to dates.
