Myers-Briggs Workshop

Date: 18th October 2017

They say variety is the spice of life, and this is reflected in the diverse personalities we encounter around us. The Myers-Briggs model can help us identify our own personality preferences (bearing in mind that how we express these remains our choice) and appreciate our particular gift of personality. It can also enhance our understanding and ability to communicate with those different from ourselves, so that we work and worship together more harmoniously.

All clergy, Readers and Pastoral Workers would benefit from taking part in a Myers-Briggs Workshop.

Julia McGuinness is a Reader in Ellesmere Port Team Parish. Since qualifying as a Myers-Briggs Practitioner since 1997, she has led numerous workshops in the Dioceses of Southwell & Nottingham and Chester.  Her book, Growing Spiritually through the Myers-Briggs Model (SPCK), was published in 2008.
