Environment Day 30th April 10-3.30 at Foxhill- open to all

We will be hosting a day to focus upon environment concerns which should be a fun, lively and useful day for people in parishes who care for their little patch or want to connect with the wider environment. Come along and find out how we can all celebrate and enjoy our wildlife, be part of an international picture, save energy and introduce green conversations into parish life and eco ideas into worship. The day will feature national speakers, ambitious approaches from other diocese and local examples of best practice. Click here for more information

Reaching Out Session 21st May 4pm-6.30pm At St Marys Upton Wirral (with others planned across the diocese)

This event is aimed at parishes to share and celebrate the work they do to engage and support their local communities and highlight issues they are passionate about in the wider world.

The format of the event will be mainly informal with a “speed dating” approach to encourage networking and sharing of ideas and inspiration. There will be space for two people from your parish to come to this event and an opportunity for you to demonstrate your work on a stand or table top presentation. Staff members not only from the Social Responsibility department but from the wider Church House team will be present to run small “surgeries” to answer questions, explore ideas and discuss activities.
