Lymm's Christmas Tree Festival 2105


undefinedSt Mary's Church, Lymm, will hold a Community Christmas Tree Festival over the weekend of Friday 4 to Sunday 6 December. The church will be filled with colour and light. More than 22 decorated and illuminated trees from village organisations will go on show, on the theme of A Christmas Carol'.

On the Saturday, festive music will be provided by The Bridgewater Singers at 11am and by Lymm and District Choir at 2pm. This will be followed by a session of Godly Play (Bible stories for children, using models and toys), starting at 3.30pm.

On the Sunday the festival will open at 10am with a Christingle service in aid of The Children’s Society. Starting a noon St Mary’s Choir will present some seasonal  entertainment.

Refreshments will be available throughout each day. There will also be a craft and produce stall and a craft activities for children who’ll be able to make a Christmas card and decoration to take home.

General opening times: 10am to 5pm. Admission is dree St Mary’s church is in Lymm on the A56 by the Dam (lake).
